Delia Kaye

Delia has served as Concord’s Natural Resources Director since 2006. She works with the Natural Resources Commission and its subcommittees, other Town officials, and volunteers to conserve and protect natural resources, wetlands, and agricultural lands in Concord. This includes administering and enforcing the state’s Wetlands Protection Act and the Concord Wetlands Bylaw, implementing and updating the Open Space and Recreation Plan, land protection efforts with local, state, and regional preservation groups, and land stewardship and sustainability initiatives.

Delia grew up on a small farm in VT, which greatly influenced her love of nature and the outdoors. She earned a B.S. in wildlife biology from the University of Vermont and is a Certified Wildlife Biologist. In 2020, Delia was honored by the Sudbury Valley Trustees with the “Distinguished Public Service Award”.
